CrossCheck (CxC) is our program for boys in grades K-6. We meet every Wednesday from 7:00pm - 8:30pm throughout the school year, starting up again October 5th, 2016 and running through April. Our program consists of games, workshop projects, Bible lessons, Scripture memory, and a variety of trips. Parents are always encouraged to participate or join the trips or even welcome to check out what we do each week to help your kids grow closer to the Lord.
Besides “CrossCheck” personifying the rugged characteristics of our young boys, the name reminds us, as Christians, to constantly keep Christ (or His “CROSS”) and His teachings in CHECK in our daily lives. Jesus tells us in Luke 9:23, “If anyone will come after me, let them deny themselves, take up their cross daily, and follow me.”
After a review of last year's series, The Life of Christ, we will be studying lessons illustrating The Fruit of the Spirit with various stories throughout the Bible to help your child better understand the fruit that comes from being a child of God.
Cross Check is led by Rob Bailey.
