Mike Jarrell
Lead Pastor
Pastor Mike has shepherded three churches; from a small coal mining town in the state of his birth, West Virginia 1983-94 (WVU Mountaineers!), to the farmlands outside Bloomington, Indiana 1994-2000 (Go Hoosiers), to finally back home to Philadelphia where he can now watch his hometown teams! Pastor Mike and Cindy grew up 1 hr. south in Newark, Delaware.
Pastor Mike and Cindy are the blessed parents of Michael (the lead pastor of The Narrow Road Church in Enola, PA near Harrisburg) and husband of Jackie and father of Addison, Mikey and Elyse. His daughter Rachel who is a neonatal ICU nurse practitioner at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and is the wife of Chris and mother of Evelyn and Bennett.
Pastor Mike is a graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Theology and Counseling and also his Masters of Arts degree from the same university. Pastor Mike is a chaplain with the Philadelphia Police Dept., the Red Cross Spiritual Care team and the Billy Graham Rapid Response team. He has led numerous spiritual enrichment trips to Israel, has led missions teams to Europe, Haiti, NYC 9/11, New Orleans/Katrina...and elsewhere. He is ordained by the EFCA a highly respected national fellowship of near 1500 churches.
