We "Must be" Spiritually Mature

Being a Pastor requires a high standard, How many qualities are listed?

How many Qualities are role specific or character focused?

How many are a ‘gift’ or skill prerequisite?

Which ones were unexpected?

Is the list exhaustive? Are there other traits required?

Honestly, what do you desire most in your Pastor or Elder?

Does the Lord only expect Pastors/Elders to be mature, doesn’t He expect that of you to?

Could you measure up to the character expectations? Shouldn’t you?!!

Do you follow your under-shepherds closely, as they follow Christ?

Will you please pray for and support your pastors/Elders?!
