How is it the Christ is the Son of David?

Jesus is quoting an OT passage; Psalm 110:1, What do we know about this psalm?

Jesus, as the lamb without blemish, was being evaluated by every power group in Israel. Now Jesus asks them a hard text to explain, what is He wanting them to see?

He states: “David himself, in the Holy Spirit, declared,” in order to preach what truth?

“‘The Lord said to my Lord,” are obviously 2 different Lords, who are they? David, as King is saying, so now 3 Lords.

Why is this Lord going to “Sit”? Does/will He stand?
