FBC's Passion Experience

April 11th - April 19th
 6pm-9pm

Join us for our first annual Passion Experience.  Come and reflect on the powerful last hours of the life of Christ through the 14 + 1 Scriptural stations of the cross.  Discover why those moments matter for you as you prepare to celebrate Resurrection [Easter] Sunday.

What Is the cost?

The Passion Experience is a free event because we love Christ and we love our community.  There are no tickets required and no time-slots to register for. 

What Should I Expect?

This completely outdoor event is a walk-through experience with audio, visual, and life-action components.  Please plan to spend approximately 20 minutes in the entire experience.

What is Our Purpose?

It is our hope and prayer that this event is a blessing to you and your family and gives clarity as to why Christ's death and resurrection is significant for you today.  

Who Is the artist?

Artist James Tissot created the art in the 1880's after  visiting the Holy Land.  He made 350 paintings of the life of Christ. 

Why should I attend?

Many people are so busy they don't take time to attend church regularly -- even on Resurrection [Easter] Sunday.  This is a 15-20 minute experience to help you connect with Christ during this most important week.

Do I Need to Pay For Parking? Where can I park?

There is no fee for parking.  We have ample parking in our church parking lot.

CAN I BRING MY PET DOG?

While we welcome your service animal, we do request that you leave all pets at home as a courtesy toward others attending the event.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE Experience?

This is an outdoor event.  Please dress appropriately for the weather so that you are comfortable throughout the event.

Are you stroller/wheelchair ACCESSIBLE?

There are no steps involved in the Passion Experience.  The experience is held in a grassy field.

Will the event be held rain or shine?

We plan to hold the event even in light precipitation.  In the event of heavy rain or a major storm, we may cancel the event for that one night.
